Harrington Finishes Play at CBI
Bennington, VT-Southern Vermont College senior Nick Harrington (Brooklyn, NY/Grady) became the first Mountaineer to do many things this season, but he was one of only seven participants coming from Division III colleges and universities in the Collegiate Basketball Invitational (CBI). The CBI is an all-star event for players that are not at Division I schools. The games consist of eight teams and a total of 65 players were selected.
Harrington was a late addition to the lineup at the CBI, but he took full advantage. The forward converted of 13 of 24 shots (54%) in scoring 33 points over the three games.
The nation's best rebounder registered 21 over the tournament.
