Tiarra returns to the Mountaineers for her second season. Last
year she came to SVC from Calvin Coolidge High School in Washington
D.C. She averaged 4.6 points, and 5.8 rebounds a game last year. In
07-08 she was awarded the Most Improved Player in the Mountaineer
program and looks to improve again this season. She is majoring in
Criminal Justice and wants to use her degree to become a police
officer. Tiarra is the daughter of DeAnna Smith and Terry Goings.
