14 SVC STUDENT-ATHLETES NAMED TO FALL NECC ACADEMIC ALL-CONFERENCE TEAM

ATTLEBORO, Mass. - A total of 153 student-athletes have been named to the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Academic All-Conference Team for the fall 2009 semester, it was announced today by Commissioner Del Malloy.

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – All nine sponsored programs were represented on 2009 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Women’s Soccer All-Conference Team, it was announced today by Commissioner Del Malloy. In addition to the All-NECC honors, four separate major individual award winners and the team sportsmanship award were also voted upon and selected this week.

BENNINGTON, Vt. – The Southern Vermont College women’s soccer team led by a Shawnee Webster goal could not fight off the Wheelock College Wildcats as the Mountaineers rapped up NECC play with a 3-1 loss at Everett Field Saturday afternoon.

LONGMEADOW, Mass. - Senior Defender Christine Hollingworth netted the eventual game winning goal for the Wildcats of Bay Path defeating New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) rival the Mountaineers of Southern Vermont College 3-1 in women's soccer action Saturday afternoon at Ryan Field.
